Instead, we equip kids with the body control and confidence they need to excel in any activity—soccer, gymnastics, or just playing outside. Strength & Confidence

We teach safe, age-appropriate techniques using light weights and bodyweight exercises like squats and push-ups. Our goal is to build a strong foundation, improve body awareness, and boost your child's confidence in their physical abilities.

Meet Coach Sarah

As a mom of three, a certified personal trainer, and an elementary PE teacher with 14 years experience, Coach Sarah has a deep understanding of youth movement. Her passion is helping kids build confidence and a positive relationship with fitness and exercise. She leads our CrossFit Kids Program, creating an environment where every child feels successful.
