Absolutely. Whether you're brand new to fitness or a former athlete, our program meets you where you’re at. Every workout is scalable — we modify weights, movements, and intensity based on your current level. No experience required.
Our classes are 60 minutes and follow a structured, proven format:
Warm-Up: Movement prep and mobility to get your body ready.
Strength or Skill Work: Focused training to build strength or technique.
Workout of the Day (WOD): A fast-paced, scalable workout to improve conditioning.
Expect variety, intensity, and clear coaching every step of the way.
We use a custom app that allows you to reserve classes, track your lifts, view workouts, and see your personal records (PRs). It's a great way to see how far you've come and connect with the community.
We offer 1-on-1 personal training sessions in addition to our group classes. Whether you want to work on technique, rehab from an injury, or hit a specific goal faster, we’ll create a plan that’s tailored just for you.

Yes — we’re proud to be a Mayhem Affiliate, which means our programming is built by one of the most successful and respected teams in the CrossFit world. You’ll get smart progressions, varied workouts, and the confidence that your training is backed by proven results.
We recommend 3–5 days per week depending on your goals, schedule, and recovery. Many members find a rhythm with 3x/week and build up from there. The most important thing is consistency!
