Moonshot CrossFit’s Sports Performance Training program is an elite 8-week course designed for middle and high school athletes (ages 11+) who are serious about leveling up their game. Built for preseason preparation, this program focuses on building functional strength, explosive speed, and the athletic intelligence required to excel.

Led by one of the area’s top youth coaches, our program provides a structured, high-energy environment where athletes forge mental toughness alongside physical power. Each 60-minute session, held 3x per week, is meticulously planned to improve agility, coordination, and sport-specific movement patterns. This isn't just another workout—it's a strategic investment in your child's athletic future.

Meet Your Coach: James Moebus

MAT, P.E., CrossFit Level 2

Coach James is a professional trainer and educator with over a decade of experience shaping the next generation of athletes. His unique background combines elite fitness certifications with a Master's degree in Physical Education, making him an expert in developing youth talent safely and effectively.

As a high school Health & PE teacher, James understands how to connect with, motivate, and mentor young athletes. He is known for his ability to coach with both intensity and care, ensuring every athlete moves with purpose and builds the confidence to match their new strength.

Tailored Training for Every Athlete

Football Focus

Our training emphasizes explosive power for linemen, agility and quick cuts for skill positions, and the rotational strength and stability crucial for quarterbacks and special teams.

Wrestling Focus

We build grappling endurance, brute strength for takedowns and control, and the anaerobic capacity to dominate every period of the match without gassing out.

Basketball Focus

Program goals include increasing vertical jump height for rebounds and blocks, enhancing lateral quickness for lockdown defense, and building the full-body durability to own the court all season.

Baseball/Softball Focus

We focus on developing rotational power for hitting and throwing velocity, improving first-step quickness for stealing bases, and building the core strength to transfer energy efficiently.

Soccer Focus

Training is designed to improve change-of-direction speed, build single-leg stability for powerful strikes, and develop the game-long stamina required to cover the entire pitch.

Class Times

  • Thursday: 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM
  • Friday: 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM
  • Saturday: 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM
  • Sunday: 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Membership

$300/month

Includes 3 training sessions per week.

Consistency is key to achieving results. Athletes commit to a regular schedule of three sessions per week. While consistent attendance is expected, we understand conflicts can arise. Make-up sessions may be scheduled on other days, subject to class availability.
