Strength & Confidence

We teach safe, age-appropriate techniques using light weights and bodyweight exercises like squats and push-ups. Our goal is to build a strong foundation, improve body awareness, and boost your child's confidence in their physical abilities.

As a mom of three, a certified personal trainer, and an elementary PE teacher with 14 years experience, Coach Sarah has a deep understanding of youth movement. Her passion is helping kids build confidence and a positive relationship with fitness and exercise. She leads our CrossFit Kids Program, creating an environment where every child feels successful.

Weekly Schedule

Sundays:

1:00 PM – 2:00 PM (Boys Only)

2:15 PM – 3:15 PM (Girls Only)

Wednesdays:

6:30 PM – 7:30 PM (Co-ed)

Make-up Policy: If you're enrolled once/week and miss a class, you can join the other class that week. Twice/week members have access to all classes.
