With over a decade immersed in the world of fitness and instruction, Sarah brings a unique blend of energy, empathy, and expertise to every session. Backed by 14 years of experience teaching Elementary and Middle School Physical Education and holding a Master of Science in Teaching and Inquiry, NASM certification and CrossFit L1 certification she knows how to break things down so they truly make sense—whether you're new to fitness or a seasoned athlete.

Her diverse background outside of her 14 years as a teacher includes working as a certified yoga and spin instructor at a nationally recognized chain, coaching as a CrossFit instructor for the past 4 years, and leading the Moonshot CrossFit kids program. This broad experience has shaped her into a highly adaptable coach who tailors every workout to fit your needs.

Now a proud mom of three, Sarah understands the demands of balancing family, work, and personal wellness. Her mission is to help individuals reclaim their health and energy through a functional fitness approach that builds strength, confidence, and resilience for whatever life throws your way.
