Coach Sarah's 1-on-1 personal training program is designed for kids and teens of all ages—from grade schoolers learning to move well to high school athletes chasing peak performance. Each 60-minute session is built around your child's unique needs, providing personalized attention to help them get stronger, faster, and more confident in a private setting.

Personalized Coaching for Every Age
Grade School (6-10)
Focus on foundational strength, body awareness, and proper movement patterns. We make fitness fun while instilling high standards for form to reduce injury risk and build lifelong confidence.
Middle School (11-13)
Introduction to compound lifts and the basics of Olympic and powerlifting under close, expert supervision. We develop speed, agility, and strength with progressive, structured programming.
High School (14-18)
Fully customized, sports-specific training plans. We work on explosiveness, top-end strength, sprint mechanics, and conditioning. Ideal for preseason prep or year-round performance development for the serious athlete.

As a mom of three, a certified personal trainer, and an elementary PE teacher with 14 years experience, Coach Sarah has a deep understanding of youth movement. Her passion is helping kids build confidence and a positive relationship with fitness and exercise. She leads our CrossFit Kids Program, creating an environment where every child feels successful.
